About the developer
Azula Beach Club is being developed by the same team that brought you Querencia (San Jose del Cabo), the most exclusive private golf and resort community in Los Cabos (QCabo.com). Members of the Querencia team have been involved with real estate and development for more than 45 years, including ventures in Palm Beach County, Florida, Kauai and Winter Park, Colorado.
The development team is experienced in construction, engineering and architectural design and includes Tom McCloskey (Chairman), Jorge Carrera (CEO & Partner), Francisco Parra (CFO & Partner) and Willy Jordan (Legal Counsel).
